    General<\/h3>

    1.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers and agreements relating to the sale and delivery of products via the Wadibros website.<\/p>

    1.2 By accepting an offer or placing an order, the customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>

    1.3 Wadibros expressly rejects any general purchasing conditions of the customer unless confirmed in writing.<\/p>

    1.4 Oral agreements are only binding once confirmed in writing by Wadibros.<\/p>

    1.5 If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.<\/p>

    Definitions<\/h3>

    Customer: any legal entity or individual entering into an agreement with Wadibros.
    Agreement: the contract for delivery of products.
    Products: items offered via www.golden-dust.com.
    Intellectual Property: all applicable IP rights including copyrights, trademarks, patents, designs, and database rights.
    Personal Data: data defined under Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR).<\/p>

    Formation of the Agreement<\/h3>

    3.1 All offers are non-binding unless stated otherwise.
    3.2 Agreements are concluded once confirmed in writing by Wadibros.
    3.3 Wadibros reserves the right to refuse orders without explanation.
    3.4 Customers guarantee that provided information is accurate and complete.<\/p>

    Execution of the Agreement<\/h3>

    4.1 Wadibros will execute agreements with due care.
    4.2 Obvious errors or typing mistakes are not binding.
    4.3 Customers must notify address or personal data changes at least 14 days in advance.
    4.4 Consequences of late notifications remain the customer\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>

    Delivery<\/h3>

    5.1 Delivery terms apply to all products.
    5.2 Delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines.
    5.3 Delays do not entitle compensation.
    5.4 If legal maximum delivery time (30 working days) is exceeded, customers may cancel free of charge.
    5.5 Delivery is limited to addresses within Europe.<\/p>

    Prices<\/h3>

    6.1 All prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
    6.2 Prices may be subject to errors or changes.<\/p>

    Payment<\/h3>

    7.1 Payment is made via available online methods unless agreed otherwise.
    7.2 Accepted methods include iDEAL, credit card, and PayPal.
    7.3 Wadibros may suspend obligations in case of payment default.<\/p>

    Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>

    8.1 Customers may withdraw within 14 days after receiving products, except for custom-made items.
    8.2 Products must be handled carefully.
    8.3 Customers are liable for depreciation due to improper handling.
    8.4 Returns must be made within 14 days.
    8.5 Refunds will be processed within 14 days after return or proof of shipment.
    8.6 Wadibros may deduct compensation for damages caused by the customer.<\/p>

    Warranty and Compliance<\/h3>

    9.1 Products comply with agreed specifications and applicable laws.
    9.2 Warranty does not affect statutory rights.
    9.3 Valid complaints may result in repair, replacement, or refund.<\/p>

    Liability<\/h3>

    10.1 Liability is limited to the purchase price including VAT.
    10.2 Indirect damages or loss of profit are excluded.<\/p>

    Force Majeure<\/h3>

    Wadibros is not liable for failure caused by circumstances beyond its control, including strikes, illness, transport disruptions, shortages, or governmental measures.<\/p>

    Intellectual Property<\/h3>

    All intellectual property rights belong to Wadibros or respective rights holders. Reproduction or modification without written consent is prohibited except for private use.<\/p>

    Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/h3>

    Dutch law applies. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam unless otherwise chosen by Wadibros.<\/p>

    Amendments<\/h3>

    Wadibros may amend these terms at any time. Changes apply to new purchases from the effective date.<\/p>

    Complaints Procedure<\/h3>

    Complaints must be submitted clearly and promptly. Wadibros will respond within 14 days.<\/p>

    Disputes<\/h3>

    Disputes may be submitted to the Webshop Disputes Committee (sgc.nl). Complaints must first be submitted to Wadibros.<\/p>

    Additional Provisions<\/h3>
